Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Students of secondary vocational schools aged 15-19, regardless of grade; (2) Participants do not have serious learning difficulties and can participate in the 1-day workshop; (3) Having a relatively high score on social anxiety and low level of knowledge

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) formal diagnosis of suicidal ideation or any mental illness
