Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?diagnosed SLE by a rheumatologist according to 1987 ACR classification criteria for SLE, ?age between 18 to 45 years old, ?sexual active in recent 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?preparing for pregnancy or being pregnant, ? menopause, ?history of hysterectomy or bilateral oophorectomy
