18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with sepsis according to Sepsis 3: (1) Infection or highly suspected infection; ? and SOFA score =2 points; 2. Patients diagnosed with sepsis related liver injury: ? bilirubin > 34.2µmol/L and INR > 1.5; ALT or AST is 10 times higher than the upper limit of normal; 3. Age =18 years old; 4. Give informed consent to the process and purpose of this study and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute onset of chronic liver disease or chronic liver dysfunction; 2. Drug-induced liver injury; 3. History of liver transplantation; 4. Sepsis was diagnosed more than 24 hours before enrollment;
