18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant age between 18 and 45 years; had a GDM diagnosis; no multidisciplinary consultation required; <29 weeks gestation; had a smartphone and smartwatch and agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are chronic diseases and other pregnancy complications, recent trauma, glucocorticoid treatment, the presence of psychosocial disorders, serious difficulties in cooperation, such as return visits, and contact difficulties.
