Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria (subject to both of the following conditions) (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for COPD formulated by the Respiratory Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; (2) The patient was in the stage of acute exacerbation, with FEV1 accounting for 30%-79% of the expected value, and Borg dyspnea score was 3-4 points (light and moderate shortness of breath); (3) =18 years of age, clear consciousness, normal expression and understanding ability; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in the researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (if 1 of them is met, it is excluded) (1) Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and nervous system diseases; (2) Patients with severe respiratory failure requiring ventilator assisted ventilation or tracheal intubation in ICU; (3) patients who are considered by clinicians to be at risk of affecting efficacy observation or pulmonary rehabilitation exercise; (4) Patients who are participating in other interventional research topics.
