Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the criteria for Rome IV functional constipation, determined by fecography and colonic transport test to be pelvic floor relaxation type constipation patients; 2) Age 18-65 years old; 3) Patients with severe flaccid constipation after having undergone LVMR surgery; (4) Conscious, cooperative, able to understand and accurately fill in the questionnaire, and able to cooperate with the follow-up visit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Organic diseases of the digestive tract or other systemic diseases involving the digestive tract, such as neuromuscular lesions, endocrine and metabolic diseases, etc.; Pregnant or lactating women; Combined reproductive, urinary and digestive infections; Use of other drugs to treat the disease within the last month; Implanted metal or electronic devices in the body.
