Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease. ? Scores >37 on the Fear of Exercise Scale for cardiac patients. ? Classified as low risk for exercise based on the Chinese guidelines for cardiac rehabilitation and secondary prevention. ? Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) =40%. ? Willing to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive impairment that prevents participation in exercise. 2. Class IV heart failure. 3. Severe cardiac arrhythmias. 4. Severe hypertension. 5. Advanced stage of malignant tumor with significant impairment of vital organs such as liver, kidney, and lungs.
