Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Newly diagnosed elderly DLBCL patients. (2)Age =75 years old or 60 years old = Age 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)With uncontrolled cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, coagulation disorders, serious infectious diseases, and renal failure, acute deep vein thrombosis; (2)Have a history of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or active hepatitis C virus (HCV; RNA polymerase chain reaction [PCR] positive) infection; (3)HBsAg or HBcAb positive results need to undergo HBV-DNA test. Rituximab can be used only after HBV-DNA titer = 1x 10^4 copy number /ml.
