18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old; (2) Expected mechanical ventilation time =48h; (3) no known oral diseases;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pulmonary infection occurred 48 hours before enrollment; (2) previous underlying lung diseases; (3) The patient had no teeth; (4) Have been intubated =48h before admission or have a recent history of intubation; (5) Known allergy to chlorhexidine; (6) Have participated in other interventional clinical studies; (7) Refuse to participate in this study;
