18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? From January 2016 to June 2019, patients with complete medical history of open circuit supratentorial glioma resection under general anesthesia, 18-65 years old, male or female, ASA I~II ? Primary brain tumor, pathological result is brain glioma, WHO grade I~IV ? Selective surgery, with total resection as the surgical method. Postoperative CT scan shows no residual tumor ? Understand and sign the informed consent form remotely
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Incomplete patient history ? Subjects refused to participate in the study ? Subjcets did not participate in other experiments in recent three months ? Serious complications during and after operation ? Preoperative history of narcotic drug abuse
