Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?elective upper abdominal surgery; ?Intrathecal injection analgesia, or one or more peripheral block analgesia (including transversus abdominis plane block, rectus sheath block, serratus anterior block); ?ASA grade II-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The operation time is less than 2 hours.
