Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: MM patients diagnosed with 2020 NCCN guidelines (2020 National Comprehensive Cancer Network, NCCN); not taking any chemotherapy drugs; no anticoagulants (aspirin, clopidogrel, etc.) in the last two weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other malignancies; normal liver and kidney function; cognitive dysfunction or psychiatric illness; medication affecting coagulation used within two weeks; severe infection, white blood cell count> 10109
