30 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) age 18 to 65 years old; 2) patients with pain lasting for 3 months or more (persistent or recurrent); 3) no traumatic trauma in the last 3 months and no surgical experience in the last 1 year 4) able to understand Mandarin, no dyslexia, able to read and write Chinese on their own; 5) no motor impairment, able to perform voluntary exercise; 6) voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) history of neck injury and/or head and neck injury; 2) specific diseases of the cervical spine (such as disc prolapse, spinal stenosis, postoperative conditions, cervical radiculopathy or myelopathy), significant spinal deformities or neurological disorders, artificial joints and metal implants; 3) suffering from severe cardiovascular disease and other contraindications to exercise type diseases; 4) having severe mental illnesses and unable to complete the questionnaire on their own; 5) for the past 3 months There was clinical treatment for neck pain; 6) Pregnancy or recent delivery; 7) Unable to speak or write Chinese to complete the questionnaire; 8) Subjects had uncomfortable reactions to regular practice of Badaanjin, Yijinjing, Qigong or Taiji and other exercises in the past 3 months; 9) Unable to comply well with requests for cooperation.
