Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of T2DM and DKD in western medicine, the glomerular filtration rate of diabetes nephropathy is more than 60ml/(min. 1.73m2), and the urinary albumin/creatinine (ACR) is 30-300mg/g, and meet the syndrome differentiation criteria of deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis in Chinese medicine. 2. The age range is between 18 and 65 years old, regardless of gender. 3. BMI between 24-28 kg/m2 (including both ends). 4. Take sufficient oral doses of metformin tablets and another oral hypoglycemic drug to reach the maximum or maximum tolerable dose, and maintain a stable dose for at least 8 weeks, with glycated hemoglobin between 7-8% (including both ends). 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction, malignant tumors, or other serious diseases of various systems. 2. diabetes complicated with acute complications (ketoacidosis, electrolyte disorder, infection, hypertonic state) and serious chronic complications (diabetes retinopathy = grade 4, diabetes foot). 3. Hypertensive patients or individuals using ACEI or ARB drugs. 4. Abnormal blood lipids 5. Mental illness patients and pregnant or lactating women. 6. Those who do not sign the informed consent form. 7. Allergic constitution or history of multiple drug allergies. 8. Patients with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), or type 2 multiple endocrine tumor syndrome (MEN-2). 9. Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs.
