Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: >=50 years old, who are the permanent population of the research settings; Can complete 3 months of follow-up, with one visit per month; During the follow-up period, do not take drugs that affect immunity; Proficient in using or with the help of others' smartphones to complete survey questionnaires; Ability to think independently; Volunteer to participate in the project and be able to complete project follow-up work, and accept intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from active autoimmune diseases, including systemic lupus erythematosus, renal syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, etc., and taking steroids and anti-inflammatory drugs; Tumor chemotherapy patients and post-transplant patients; Participants who are allergic to milk, eggs, and other foods; Participants taking immune enhancing drugs.
