Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 30 to 60 years; 2. After fasting blood glucose =7.8mmol/L and <11.1mmol/L; 3. The weight change in the past 3 months is less than 2kg; 4. BMI <= 32 kg/m^2; 5. Ability and willingness to participate in trials.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from one of the following diseases: cardiovascular disease; diabetes; gastrointestinal disease (except mild chronic superficial gastritis); cancer; thyroid disease; liver disease (except mild fatty liver); other serious acute and chronic diseases ; 2. Impaired liver function (defined as glutamate aminotransferase (ALT) 3 times the upper reference limit of normal); 3. Impaired renal function (defined as serum creatinine > 110 umol/L); 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Women planning to become pregnant or not taking adequate contraceptive measures; 6. Taking hypoglycemic drugs or hormone drugs in the past 6 months; 7. Taking dietary supplements in the past 2 months; 8. More than 2 hours of moderate-intensity exercise or more than 1 hour of high-intensity exercise per week; 9. The daily intake of alcohol exceeds 25g for men or 15g for women.
