Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =18 years old; For hypoxemia due to various reasons, high-flow oxygen therapy (oxygen and index =300mmHg), including high-flow initial treatment and sequential treatment after tracheal intubation withdrawal; With or without type II respiratory failure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prone position ventilation during high flow oxygen therapy; Intermittent non-invasive ventilator treatment; Tracheotomy; Hospital stay < 48 hours; The patient refused endotracheal intubation and invasive treatment
