Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? General anesthesia patients undergoing endotracheal intubation; ? Male or female aged 18-60; ? ASA? or ? level; ? Body mass index (BMI) 18-28 kg/m2 ? Patients with operation duration within 2 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with a long history of smoking; ? Patients with long-term pharyngeal discomfort and chronic pharyngitis before surgery; ? Patients with intubation difficulties or multiple intubations; ? Patients undergoing oropharyngeal and neck surgery; ? Patients taking opioids, antipyretic analgesics or hormone therapy for a long time; ? Patients who are allergic to local anesthetics; ? Patients who are unable to understand or coordinate pain scores.
