Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Aged between 18 and 65 years old; 2)During the screening period, the mean values of blood pressure for all three times were required to be controlled at 120 mm Hg= SBP = 140 mm Hg and 80 mm Hg = DBP = 90 mm Hg; 3)Resides locally and is willing to complete the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Taking antihypertensive medication in the two weeks prior to enrollment; 2)Severe cardiorespiratory diseases, such as a history of stroke, lung cancer, congenital heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, etc.; 3)Individuals with bleeding disorders or coagulation abnormalities; 4)Other diseases or health conditions; 5)Pregnant or lactating women, or those planning to become pregnant; 6)Severe liver or kidney disease; 7)Individuals with cognitive impairment or inability to perform activities of daily living; 8)Those who have undergone organ transplantation or are currently participating in other clinical trials.
