Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) on-the-job clinical nurses with nurse professional qualification certificate; (2) age =18 years without gender limitation; (3) volunteers who signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) nurses with diagnosis of acute disease, mental disease, (2) nurses with practice, nurses with assistant, nurses with advanced training, nurses with retirement, (3) nurses with pregnancy or lactation, (4) nurses who participated in other researches. (5) withdraw from the study before the end of cognitive behavioral intervention
