Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? The diagnosis of VS or MCS in pDOC according to CRS-R scale; Or after VS or MCS can be converted into EMCS; Normal healthy adults; ? Age =18 years, duration of disease > 28 days; ? No previous history of epilepsy, no history of other neuropsychiatric diseases; ? No implantable medical equipment such as skull repair materials, shunt devices, aneurysm clips, and deep electrodes; ? The patient's family members have the right to know and voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Have a history of tumor; ? History of severe arrhythmia or pacemaker implantation; ? Have taken sedative drugs or anti-epileptic drugs in the past 1 month; ? Patients with severe intracranial infections; ? Have a previous sleep-related illness or use drugs that affect sleep.
