Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =29 days, gender is not limited; 2. Subjects and their legal guardians are willing and able to provide written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Skin or digit abnormalities preventing proper application of a pulse oximeter sensor 2. Subjects with arrhythmias 3. Subject has any circumstance which in the judgment of the investigator, renders them inappropriate for participation in this study
