Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Retrospective study: a.Patients who underwent a complete course of thoracic radiotherapy in our department from January 1, 2013, to June 30, 2023; b.Follow-up data should be comprehensive, including at least two thoracic CT or PET-CT images, both pre-treatment and post-treatment. Prospective study: a. Patients necessitating a comprehensive thoracic radiotherapy regimen based on standard clinical diagnosis and treatment protocols within our department; b. Mandatory completion of a pre-treatment chest CT or PET-CT imaging examination, with a minimum requirement of one session.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Retrospective study: Prior to initiation of radiotherapy, the presence of acute or chronic lung infection persists. Following therapeutic interventions, neither symptoms nor radiological findings have exhibited complete resolution. Patients with incomplete chest imaging data after treatment. Prospective study: Prior to initiation of radiotherapy, the presence of acute or chronic lung infection persists. Following therapeutic interventions, neither symptoms nor radiological findings have exhibited complete resolution.
