Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing elective resection of gastrointestinal tumors and receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery between January 1,2020and December 31,2022; Preoperative gastroenteroscopy, CT, MRI and other examinations confirmed the diagnosis of locally advanced gastric cancer (cT3-4 and/or N+M0) or locally advanced colorectal cancer (cT3-4 and/or N+M0), and there was no clear distant organ metastasis; No history of other malignant tumors before surgery; The anesthesia method was TEA combined general anesthesia or simple general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing emergency operation due to acute perforation obstruction; Patients who have previously undergone gastrointestinal surgery or chemotherapy for other diseases; Previous history of other malignant tumors; There were outcomes related complications before operation; This operation is a second or second operation; The patient's clinical data is incomplete.
