18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Initial treatment, with a confirmed pathological diagnosis of colorectal or gastric cancer. 2.Indication for curative surgery within a specified timeframe. 3.Age = 18 years, regardless of gender. 4.Underwent abdominal computed tomography (CT) examination within 1 month prior to surgery. 5.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification = III. 6.Voluntary participation in this study and signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Concurrent presence of other cancers. 2.History of previous tumors. 3.Severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal dysfunction, as well as abnormalities in coagulation function. 4.Poorly controlled severe hypertension, diabetes, or other comorbidities. 5.Patients undergoing emergency surgery. 6.Patients undergoing non-curative surgery. 7.Patients with preoperative mobility impairments or physical disabilities that prevent them from performing skeletal muscle functional exercises. 8.Individuals with psychiatric disorders or a history of substance abuse.
