Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery without preoperative respiratory and circulatory diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, bleeding and coagulation dysfunction, and a history of allergies to local and intravenous anesthetics were included in the study; Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with respiratory and circulatory system diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, bleeding and coagulation dysfunction, cognitive dysfunction, inability to cooperate, combined with central or peripheral nervous system and neuromuscular system diseases, equipped with cardiac pacemakers, history of anesthesia drug allergies, refusal to undergo lumbar quadratus muscle plane block, BMI index = 30kg/m2, and surgery time<1 hour were excluded
