Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Informed consent is obtained from all subjects. Syphilis Infection Group: 1.Meet the syphilis diagnosis criteria in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Syphilis, Gonorrhea and Genital Tract Chlamydia Trachomatis Infection (2020)"; 2.Aged 18 years or above, with no gender restriction. Control Group: 1.Aged 18 - 70 years, with no gender restriction. Suspected subjects with syphilis are excluded according to the guideline criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Antibiotics were used within 2 weeks; 2. Considered unsuitable by the researchers.
