Topography group:The contralateral eye use Topography mode for corneal ablation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1, Patients between the ages of 18-45 years with refractive stability for more than 2 years; 2, Cessation of soft contact lens use for at least 1 week. 3, 20/25 or better corrected distance corrected visual acuity (BDVA); 4, Myopia (D) between 0 and -9.00 D in equivalent spherical lenses with or without myopic astigmatism (=4.00 D in cylindrical lenses); 5, Difference between equivalent spherical and column lenses between eyes = 1D; 6, Theoretical residual stromal bed thickness after cutting in Triple A and Topography modes =280 µm; 7, Minimum central corneal thickness (CCT) of 480 µm and normal corneal topography (pentacam).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe anisometropia; Have a history of ocular trauma or surgery (excluding strabismus surgery); Clinically significant corneal abnormalities, including scar formation, suspicious keratoconus, irregular astigmatism, and asymmetric bow tie astigmatism; Other active ocular diseases or systemic diseases.
