Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria ? The patient agrees to participate in this study and signs the informed consent form; ? Age =14 years old; ? The life expectancy of patients with malignant tumors is =1 year; ? Patients with clinically confirmed ureteral stricture; ? Patients who have failed reconstructive surgery or are unwilling to undergo reconstructive surgery; ? SPECT renal imaging shows that the GFR measurement value on the affected side is >10ml/min; ? Patients with unilateral ureteral stenosis;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria ? Patients with chronic renal failure (uremia stage); 5 ? Patients with severe urethral stricture or urinary tract malformation who cannot undergo endoscopic surgery; ? Uncontrolled acute or chronic inflammation of the genitourinary system; ? Pregnant women; ? Patients who are unable to tolerate anesthesia or surgery due to severe systemic diseases, heart function, pulmonary insufficiency, important organ failure, etc.; ? Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction; ? Patients with bilateral ureteral stenosis;
