Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic sinusitis associated with HIV Infection: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. The diagnosis of chronic sinusitis meets the criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Nasal Sinusitis (2018); 3. The diagnosis of AIDS is in line with the Guidelines for AIDS Diagnosis and Treatment in China (2021). CRS without combined special infections: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. The diagnosis of chronic sinusitis meets the criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Nasal Sinusitis (2018); 3. No combined infectious diseases such as AIDS, viral hepatitis and syphilis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who have required a burst of oral corticosteroids or immunotherapy within the 3 months, or nasal spray corticosteroids or antibiotics or anti-leukotrienes within 4 weeks before screening; 2.Subjects with other nasal diseases, such as primary ciliary dyskinesia; 3.Subjects with sinus surgeries in the past 6 months; 4.Subjects with other chronic diseases such as autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors ; 5.Subjects with a history of parasitic infection, or chronic infectious diseases such as viral hepatitis and syphilis, especially those who have not received standardized treatment; 6.Subjects with acute sinusitis or acute sinusitis or acute upper respiratory tract infection within 4 weeks of the screening visit ; 7.Women who are pregnant, breast-feeding.; 8. Poor compliance: Subjects who are unable to cooperate with the experiment.
