Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet at least one of the following diagnostic criteria for dyslipidemia from the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Adults (2016 Revised Edition)": ? Previous diagnosis of dyslipidemia (see items 3-5 for specific blood lipid levels); ? previous use of lipid-lowering agents ; ? Triglyceride (TG) = 1.7 mmo/L or 150 mg/dl; ? Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) = 3.4 mmo/L or 130 mg/dl; ? High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) <1.0 mmo/L or 40mg/dl; Or meet the following screening criteria for extremely low LDL-C families and sporadic populations: individuals with extremely low LDL-C levels (LDL-C<1.8mmol/L when not taking medication); (2) Voluntarily participate in this project and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with communication disorders, severe aphasia, visual and hearing impairment, etc; (2) Those who have severe mental illness and had difficulty in cooperation with investigations; (3) Pregnant women or others that they are not suitable to participate in this survey by the reaserchers.
