35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients who are scheduled to undergo shoulder arthroscopic surgery in our hospital; ? Aged 35 to 75 years, man or woman, BMI=30 kg/m2, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I to II; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study; ? No respiratory system, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications, no severe liver, kidney, or coagulation dysfunction; ? No mental illness or language communication disorders. (6) No infection or damage to the puncture site.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Refusing the surgical or anesthesia plan chosen for this study or refusing to participate in this study; ? To perform shoulder arthroscopic surgery again; ? Preoperative presence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or respiratory dysfunction; ? Accompanied by diabetes or peripheral nervous system lesions; ? Preoperative presence of diaphragmatic nerve abnormalities or diaphragmatic dysfunction; ? Prolonged exposure to opiates; ? Those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; ? Unable to understand or cooperate with nerve block procedures and postoperative pain scores.
