Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-55 years. (2) Subjects met the diagnostic criteria of major depressive disorder of DSM-5 and chronic pain criteria of ICD-11, and voluntarily chose duloxetine enteric-coated capsules (Lilai Suzhou Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and strictly followed the drug instructions, the specific drug use regimen was duloxetine enteric-coated capsules (60mg). Once a day). (3) Individuals who have not used other antidepressants in the past two weeks; (4)Subjects volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Subjects with high risk of epilepsy, schizophrenia and suicide (suicide score of Hamilton Depression scale>3). (2) Subjects with weak body and severe somatic diseases. (3) Subjects with severe heart disease. (4) Pregnant patients. (5) Pacemaker implant. (6) Subjects with specific phobia (fear of needle). (7) Subjects with local skin damage. (8) Subjects who were previously treated with Duloxetine enteric-coated capsule. (9) Subjects currently take other medicines: such as antipsychotics, benzodiazepines, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, opioids and other painkillers.
