Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1.No restrictions on gender or age; 2.Patients and their families are informed about this study and have signed an informed consent form; 3.Age 16 years and older, able to cooperate with the instructions of technical staff; 4.Patients who have not been injected with iodine contrast agent in the last 14 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1.Patients currently undergoing treatment for hyperthyroidism; 2.Patients who cannot discontinue metformin; 3.Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction; 4.Pregnant women.
