80 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 80 years and over with intertrochanteric fractures who consented to surgical treatment;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with surgical contraindications and cannot tolerate surgery; (2) patients who could not take care of themselves due to various diseases before operation; (3) patients with mental disorders who cannot cooperate well with surgery and postoperative functional exercises; (4) Surgical site infection or poor skin condition.
