Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent painless gastroenteroscopy at the Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Center of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from September to December 2023 were selected, regardless of gender, aged 18~75 years, with a BMI of 18-30 kg/m2,ASA =class II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, and pulmonary vital organ disease; allergy to benzodiazepines, long-term use of benzodiazepines; patients in pregnancy or breastfeeding; history of drug or alcohol abuse; previous history of abnormal anesthesia recovery and allergy to anesthesia medications; and participation in other drug trials within 3 months; Modified Mallampati classification of IV.
