Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Colorectal cancer patient selection criteria: 1. Age: between 18-80 years old; 2. Pathological diagnosis and imaging diagnosis of colorectal cancer. (2) Colorectal cancer liver metastasis patient selection criteria: 1. Age: between 18-80 years old; 2. Pathological diagnosis and imaging diagnosis of colorectal cancer liver metastasis. (3) Healthy controls patient selection criteria: 1. Be between 18-80 years of age; 2. After routine screening and evaluation, the subject was determined to be healthy, that is, there was no obvious abnormality in blood routine and tumor markers, and no abnormality in HIV, hepatitis B and syphilis results; There were no obvious abnormalities on gastrointestinal endoscopy and imaging.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Exclusion criteria for patients with colorectal cancer with / without distant metastasis are as follows: 1. Patients taking antibiotic medications within 30 days or probiotic products within 14 days; 2. Have undergone any form of treatment (surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, etc.); 3. Individuals with a history of colorectal cancer, irritable bowel syndrome and other coexisting malignancies; 4. The patient has other distant metastases other than the liver; 5. Have autoimmune diseases; 6. Lack of clinical information. (2) Exclusion criteria for healthy controls: 1. Have a personal history of cancer and precancerous lesions, or a first-degree relative in the family has a history of cancer and precancerous lesions; 2. Have suspected clinical signs and symptoms of colorectal cancer 3. People with autoimmune diseases.
