Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of herpes zoster complicated with trigeminal neuralgia (the first branch); Drug treatment is not ideal; ? The patient meets the diagnostic criteria for PHN (refer to the 2016 version of the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia), while experiencing intermittent bursts of pain (with a frequency of = 3 episodes per day and an NRS score of = 7); ? The disease involves only the first trigeminal nerve, ? Age 18-90 years old, ASA grade I to III, body mass index (BMI) 18 kg/m2 to 27.9 kg/m2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe hepatic or kidney insufficiency; severe cardiac insufficiency (level IV, NYHA classification); abnormal coagulation function; pregnant or lactating women; patients with mental illness that can‘t be treated; caused by intracranial space occupation, infection and other secondary factors.
