Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Provide informed consent. 2.Assessed using the Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV Axis I Disorders (SCID), meeting the diagnostic criteria for DSM-IV depression, with no prior treatment history. Gender is not restricted. 3.HAMD-17 total score = 17. 4.Age between 13 and 17, with at least 6 years of education. 5.Han ethnicity, right-handed. 6.Normal uncorrected or corrected visual acuity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of severe physical or organic brain diseases, as well as history of cranial trauma. 2.Full-scale IQ (FIQ) = 80 according to the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS-RC). 3.History of medication, alcohol, or other substance abuse. 4.Presence of metallic objects in the body, such as cardiac pacemakers. 5.Contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or inability to tolerate the MRI scanning environment, such as claustrophobia. 6.The first four or five items of the Beck Scale for Suicidal Ideation with any answer choice of "moderate to severe".
