Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Angiography (DSA) showing =70% stenosis of intracranial arteries; (2) Transient ischemic attack (TIA) or stroke associated with symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis; and (2) Having a transient ischemic attack (TIA) or stroke associated with symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis; and (3) Recurrent transient ischemic attacks or strokes despite optimal drug therapy; and (4) Age between 18 and 80 years; and (5) More than 7 days or more have elapsed since the most recent stroke.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Non-atherosclerotic stenosis; and (2) Other serious disease, such as heart or kidney failure; and (3) Experienced intracranial hemorrhage within the past 3 months; and (4) have contraindications to endovascular procedures, such as contrast allergy.
