Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients aged=60 years; (2)Patients underwent elective gastroenteric tumor surgery; (3)All blood samples were collected before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients developed delirium before surgery; (2)Postoperative hospital stay <3 days; (3)Preoperative infection; (4)incomplete data.
