18 Years to 79 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: 18-79 years. 2) thin-section CT showing multiple pulmonary nodules for which surgery is indicated. 3)ECOG score 0-1. 4)no history of the following surgeries: ipsilateral open heart, ipsilateral thoracoscopic lung and esophageal resection, mediastinal surgery (except for pulmonary bullae and rib fractures), contralateral open heart or thoracoscopic surgery (except for pulmonary bullae and rib fractures) 5) No preoperative neoadjuvant therapy. 6) no history of radiation therapy. 7) All patients were given preoperative CT of the chest and upper abdomen, ultrasound of the neck (neck, supraclavicular lymph nodes) and abdomen (liver, bile, pancreas, spleen, both kidneys, adrenal glands), cranial MRI, bone scan (PET-CT could be performed instead of ultrasound, cranial MRI and bone scan).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) previous history of malignancy. 2) Preoperative findings showing consideration of metastatic lesions.
