Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Ultrasound suggestive of benign, fine-needle aspiration biopsy with cytopathologic findings of Bethesda class 2 or histologic biopsy pathology confirming a benign nodule; (2) Solid nodules (solid component >95%), symptomatic or growing, in need of treatment, who strongly refuse surgery and request ablation.; (3) Nodules diameter =2cm at maximum; (4) Patients with high-functioning thyroid adenomas with malignancy ruled out by puncture, unwilling to undergo surgery, unwilling to undergo iodine 131 treatment or long-term medication, and requesting ablation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Contralateral vocal cord dysfunction; (2) Severe coagulation disorders; (3) Vital organ insufficiency (VOI); (4) Those who cannot co-operate with the surgery.
