Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with gastric varicose veins to be treated with "sandwich method"; 2) ASA LEVELS III.-IV; 3) Age between 18 and 65 years old (including 18 years old and 65 years old); 4) Body mass index (BMI) 18-28 kg/m2; 5) Those who voluntarily sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have neurological diseases and cannot actively cooperate; 2) Cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 3) Fever, shock, coma, general failure; 4) Patients with heart valve disease and abnormal wall motor function; 5) severe coagulation dysfunction; 6) patients with allergic reactions to the anesthetics used; 7) severe hypoproteinemia; 8) Child-Pugh grade C patients; 9) Patients with massive bleeding and hemodynamic instability;
