Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) according to the diagnostic criteria of stroke (symptoms, signs, imaging indexes, etc.) ;(2) the patients were 18-80 years old (including the patients at both ends of the body) , and the course of disease was 1-6 months. (3) the patients had mild to moderate cognitive impairment, the score of MOCA (Beijing-guangzhou edition) was 11 ~ 26. There was a time continuity between cognitive impairment and stroke (5) right-handedness, (6) no history of cognitive impairment and alcoholism before onset (asking about medical history and personal history) , (7) stable vital signs and no progressive neurological symptoms; (8) the patient or legal guardian agrees and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) non-first stroke, (2) complete left frontal lobe injury, (3) inability to receive iTBS because of metal implants, artificial pacemaker or skull defects; (4) history of brain tumor, brain injury, epilepsy and seizure risk; (5) any other factors affecting assessment and treatment; (6) mental disorders such as depression; (7) cognitive impairment caused by other causes (such as Alzheimer's disease)
