18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a: Patients with stage 0-II breast cancer confirmed by histopathology or cytology; b: Age = 18 years old = 60 years old, life expectancy of one year or more; c: Clear consciousness, normal language communication skills, able to understand and complete the questionnaire; d: The examination results of heart, liver, kidney and other organs are normal, and other vital signs are normal; e: No other psychotherapy in the 3 months before enrollment; f: Be aware of their own illness, voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a: Currently participating in other clinical studies or clinical trials; b: People with severe visual, hearing, and speech impairments or other serious medical conditions, such as infections, liver and kidney failure, that the program leader or the investigator believes will not tolerate the treatment options in this study; c: Have a serious mental illness, risk of suicide or other serious chronic disease and cannot complete the questionnaire; d: Pregnant or lactating women; e: Received mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy within 3 months prior to the study; f: Those who are not interested in courses related to MBSR.
