Patients with long bone fractures of the extremities

Interventions

experimental group:Stick on thepin site with traditional Chinese medicine and replace it every seven days
control group:Sterilized gauze wound pin site, with 75% ethanol care twice a day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old; (2) Patients with long bone fractures of limbs treated by external fixation; (3) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Chronic, recurrent, inflammatory skin diseases; (2) fractures associated with nerve or vascular damage that needs to be repaired or explored; (3) Patients with mental illness and inability to communicate normally.
