Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) ASA I-II; 2) Age 18-65; 3) Patients undergoing elective neurosurgery who need to undergo lumbocisterna puncture and catheterization before surgery;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative consciousness disorder, intubation; 2) Clearly have high cranial pressure; 3) Allergic to benzodiazepines, propofol and other drugs; 4) Severe cardiopulmonary disease; 5) liver and kidney dysfunction; 6) Long-term use of sedatives and anticoagulants. 7) lumbar puncture site had trauma, infection and so on.
