Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who regularly receive maintenance hemodialysis treatment for >3 months; 2. The subjects are between 18 and 90 years old. 3, the patient's condition is stable, can cooperate with the study. 4. The subject and his family members agree and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe acute and chronic infections; 2. With malignant tumor cachexia 3. Acute cerebrovascular events occurred within 1 month; 4. Acute cardiovascular events, severe chronic heart failure or arrhythmia occur within 1 month; 5. Severe bleeding events occur within 1 month, such as cerebral hemorrhage and digestive tract hemorrhage; 6. For patients with peritoneal dialysis combined with hemodialysis, the dialysis frequency is less than 3 times per week; 7, combined pregnancy; 8. Patients with kidney transplantation after or within 1 year; 9. Currently taking hormone or immunosuppressive therapy; 10. Others who cannot cooperate, such as those suffering from serious mental illness and poor compliance.
