Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18, gender not limited; 2. kidney stone = 2 cm, single, multiple or staghorn calculus; 3. The subjects had no mental disorders and language dysfunction, could understand the content of this study, and had signed the informed consent. 4. No urinary tract infection in clinical manifestation.Patients with urinary tract infection detected by urinalysis but negative for urinary pathogens were treated with broad-spectrum antibiotics for more than 3 days. Patients with clinical manifestations of urinary tract infection, urine routine examination suggesting urinary tract infection, and positive urinary pathogen examination were treated with sensitive antibiotics for more than 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Transplanted kidney; 2. Renal anatomical abnormalities,such as duplicate kidney, UPJO, sponge kidney, polycystic kidney, horseshoe kidney, severe hydronephrosis, etc. 3. The merger of ureteral calculi and need to be treated at the same time; 4. Blood system diseases and abnormal coagulation function; 5. Patients who were taking anticoagulant drugs without stopping for more than 1 week; 6. Fever or urinary tract infection not treated according to inclusion criteria; 7. Pregnant women and women's menstrual period; 8. Patients could not tolerate anesthesia or surgery due to severe systemic diseases, heart diseases, pulmonary insufficiency, and failure of important organs.
